Export Payroll Software Data to EFTElite Payroll Software is designed with small business in mind. Selecting this menu displays the Export Payroll Software Data window. This will allow you to create an EFT file for transferring wages from the company's bank account to your employee's bank accounts. Use ATO Electronic Funds Transfer to make EFT payments to the ATO. Before you create the EFT file, you should check that your Setting settings match your banking software. To create an EFT file:1 Choose Export from the Activities menu and then click Payroll Software Data to EFT (for banking). 2 Pay Date – Enter the pay date of the data you wish to transfer. 3 E.F.T. Date – the EFT date for the EFT file should be the current date or a future date. Using a date in the past usually results in your banking program producing an error message and refusing to send the file. 4 If you want to change the export file location, click Browse. Select the drive and folder where you want to place the EFT file, and then click OK. 5 Click Export and then click Yes to confirm that you want to export the wages for the pay date specified. 6 Open your banking software and transfer the EliteExport.ABA file to your bank.
