This report provides you with a list of changes made to the company data file, who made the changes and when they were made. It has the following details:

$image\bullet.gif$ The time the change was made.

$image\bullet.gif$ The name of the user who made the change. This will only appear if the user logged in using a password.

$image\bullet.gif$ The name of the employee the change was made to.

$image\bullet.gif$ Details of what was changed.
