What to do before you call technical support for your Payroll Software?

Your Payroll Software by Elite can process your pays in a fraction of the time taken to process them manually.

Before calling technical support, make sure that you have the following information in front of you, this will help us to solve your problem faster:

$image\bullet.gif$ Your registration number for Elite Payroll Software.

$image\bullet.gif$ The error message and/or error number.

$image\bullet.gif$ Where in the program the error occurred, and if possible the steps that you took to get the error message.

$image\bullet.gif$ Be in front of your computer.

$image\bullet.gif$ Have the system information program running. This can be run by selecting About from the Help menu and then clicking System Information.

It is also helpful if you know your system. If possible have the following information in front of you when you call:

$image\bullet.gif$ Computer brand, hard drive size, video card and amount of memory (RAM).

$image\bullet.gif$ Windows version.

$image\bullet.gif$ Printer type, manufacturer and driver being used.

$image\bullet.gif$ Network configuration, if one is being used.
