The Configuration Wizard in your Payroll Software

The Configuration Wizard enables you to specify which features of Elite Payroll Software you want to use. When you answer No to a question, you are turning off a feature and the feature will disappear until you turn it back on. To turn a feature back on just re-run the Configuration Wizard and answer Yes to the question.

You can change any of these Preferences later through the Preferences window.

Step 1 – Deductions

Deductions are taken from employee's pays. They can be taken out before or after tax is calculated.

If you want to take deductions from your employees, click Yes. Click Next to continue.

If you select No, deductions won't appear on Elite Payroll Software windows.
