One client has noticed inconsistancies with their payment Summaries. Please go to your lists menu then select Deductions. Edit each deduction and go to the options tab. Ensure that each deduction is set to normal unless it is a WP Giving deduction, click the Save button. When the Update window comes up, check both check boxes and click the change button.

We have added an amended payment summary to the reports/ payment summaries menu. We have improved the Payment Summary Reconcilliation report, the deductions report, the allowances report, the sundries report as well as the superannuation by fund name report to facillitate reconcilliation of records before printing your payslips and payment summaries.

The e-mail payslips to PDF and e-mail payment summaries to PDF functions now keep a copy on your hard disk for reprint or reference later. They are kept in your installation folder under the reports\email folder. Generally your installation folder is c:\Elite Payroll v20\ so your reports will be in the c:\Elite Payroll v20\Reports\Email folder.

The ATO has made a late change to the empdupe specification. This service pack includes these changes.
